As known, memory is created by the physical functioning of the brain. In medical practice, using the EEG, the electrical function of the brain is shown by cerebral waves in different curves. Based on their frequency range, five different waves are distinguished.

Georgy Lozanov, a Bulgarian medical researcher, in his experiments recognized by UNESCO, was looking for the answer to the question of how to make memorization fast, stress free and long lasting.

The starting point and also the purpose of the Lozanov method is the correct use of the brain’s ability to learn the language, with stimulation of the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Harmony between the hemispheres of the brain is achieved through the alpha-dominant state of the brain, and the most important means on the way to this is the relaxation and listening classical music while learning the language.
